Titan's World

Once a busy city planet, the population has greatly declined, mostly due to a lack of will to reproduce. The entire is a nearly dead cityscape, a dystopia of dusty filthy streets and tall mostly empty buildings. Every few blocks there is a dense population pocket. The empty buildings between barricaded closed to prevent anyone from living for free. Those who are not lucky enough to have one of the few jobs are doomed to forever roam around aimlessly, looking their next meal, their next fix to escape the dark reality they live in, or just a safe place to sleep. Technology does exist but is very rare as no one can afford it except the fortunate few with higher up positions in Titan’s slowly failing companies or his military.
